Wire Stripper No. 5

The automatic WEICON TOOLS Wire Stripper No. 5 is suitable for stripping all common stranded and solid conductors from 0.2-6.0 mm². The wire stripper is very easy to operate and also has a visual length scale from 5-12 mm. The length stop can be removed, if required. A well-accessible side cutter is integrated in the tool, which is suitable for cable diameters up to 2 mm. The blades are replaceable. The low weight of the No. 5 ensures fatigue-free working.

Wire Stripper No. 5 Pro

The automatic wire stripper can be used for stripping all common stranded and solid conductors from 0.2 to 16 mm². An adjustable length stop from 5 to 25 mm enables very precise and accurate working. The length stop can be removed. The wire stripper automatically adjusts to the required conductor cross-section – no manual adjustment is necessary. The tool features an integrated side cutter, which is suitable for conductors made of copper and aluminium up to a diameter of 3 millimetres. The stripper can also be used in working areas that are difficult to access, such as in switch cabinets.

No. 5 Solar Pro

The automatic wire stripper is used to strip all common solar cables, such as H1Z2Z2-K from 1.5 to 10 mm². The adjustable length stop ranging from 5 to 25 mm ensures excellent precision and accuracy. The blades of the Wire Stripper No. 5 Solar Pro have been additionally hardened. Therefore, they can easily remove multi-layer rubberised insulation. The length stop can be removed. The wire stripper automatically adjusts to the required conductor cross-section, so no manual adjustment is necessary. The tool features an integrated side cutter for conductors made of copper and aluminium up to a diameter of three millimetres.

No. S 4 - 28 Multi

The Cable Stripper S 4-28 Multi enables precise, fast and safe stripping of all common round cables with a diameter between 4-28 millimetres. Thanks to the adjustment screw in the housing, the cutting depth of the knife can be set with an infinitely variable range. This prevents damaging the inner conductor. The cutting blade is integrated in the housing and self-rotating, thus enabling the automatic adjustment from circular to longitudinal cutting. The additional stripping function is integrated in the housing and enables stripping of all common stranded and solid conductors with a cross section between 0.5-6.0 square millimetres.

Duo-Crimp No. 300

The WEICON Duo-Crimp No. 300 can be used to strip conductors and crimp wire end ferrules. With the automatic scanning system no adjustment to the cable cross-section is necessary. The stripper has an optical length scale of 8-20 mm and is suitable for all common stranded and solid conductors from 0.5-6.0 mm². The Duo-Crimp No. 300 insulates conductors to a length of 5 mm, preventing the individual conductors from splicing. Two crimping ranges are offered: 0.5 - 2.5 and 4.0-6.0 mm². A side cutter is integrated, which is suitable for cable cross-sectors up to 6 mm² (solid conductors 4 mm²).

No. 13

The Round Cable Stripper No. 13 enables fast and convenient stripping of all common round and wet room cables with a diameter of 6.0-13.0 mm (e.g. NYM cables 3 x 1.5 mm² to 5 x 2.5mm²). Adjusting the cutting depth manually is not necessary. The new working range is thus also suitable for smaller wire diameters from 6 mm, such as 3 x 0.75 mm². Thanks to the ergonomic handle shape, the tool is particularly comfortable to use. The distinctive handle of the Round Cable Stripper No. 13 ensures a safe, non-slip grip.
